Dov Pickholtz, DO

Dr. Dov Pickholtz received a Bachelors's from Yeshiva University in psychology, music, and drama.  He moved down to South Florida to complete his medical training where he graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine in 2009.  Since then, Dr. Pickholtz has done the majority of his post-graduate training in Palm Beach County.  He completed his internship at Columbia Hospital (now West Palm Hospital) and his residency in Internal Medicine at Wellington Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Pickholtz approaches all patients in a comprehensive and individualized manner, treating every person as a whole and multifaceted being.  His patient-centered approach is firmly rooted in evidence-based medicine and the principles of Osteopathic Medicine and has earned Dr. Pickholtz's accolades inpatient and hospital acknowledgment.  He is a strong proponent of healthy living and in reducing risk for developing the illness.  He is up-to-date and trained with the newest advances in medical science to deal with whatever illnesses may occur throughout the adult and geriatric life.  He believes through education, understanding, and empowerment, everyone can bring more fulfillment to their lives.

Dr. Pickholtz currently has admitting privileges at Delray Medical Center as well as many nursing homes in the Boca and Delray areas.

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

Karen Reyes, APRN MSN, FNP-BC

Karen received her masters degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2020 as a family nurse practitioner and has spent the last 7 years working full time as a registered nurse in the Emergency Room at Bethesda Hospital East and West. During September 2019, she volunteered in the first cruise ship providing aid to the Bahamas post hurricane Dorian, which help provide aid to those without access to healthcare. She now seeks to provide health and wellness to those in need throughout the community and is very excited to join the SIA family.


Registered Nurse

Gabriela Lustgarten, BSN, RN

Gabriela graduated from Universidad Metropolitana in 2014 with a Liberal Arts degree, focusing in Business Economics, and worked in marketing until moving to the United States later that year.  Gabriela then discovered her passion for nursing and graduated from Duke University’s ABSN program in December 2019.  Moving back home to South Florida, Gabriela passed her NCLEX exam to become a Registered Nurse and has been working at an Interventional Radiology out-patient clinic since April 2020.  At the clinic, Gabriela takes on various roles, ranging from pre-op to intra-op to post-op.  Some of the characteristics that make Gabriela unique are her particular organizational skills, attention to detail, empathy towards her patients, and being fluent in both English and Spanish and proficient in French.  With SIA being introduced in Boca Raton, Gabriela is now very excited to become part of the SIA family.
