President, CEO & Co-Founder

Kevin Seltzer, JD, CPA

Kevin is an innovative and strategic finance professional with over 25 years of experience who possesses an in-depth knowledge of all financial aspects of a business with a heightened focus on efficiencies, operating leverage, scalability, and value creation.  Throughout his career, Kevin has worked primarily for NY based financial services companies and private equity firms including Coopers & Lybrand, Merrill Lynch, The Blackstone Group, and AEA Investors.  Most recently Kevin worked as the CFO for Open Systems Health Care focusing on home health, home care, and behavioral services disciplines with a focus on driving steady growth both organically and through acquisition. 

Kevin received his BS in Accounting, summa cum laude, from C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University in May 1993 and his JD from New York Law School in May of 2001.  Kevin is a CPA in the state of New York and a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Kevin also sits on the Board for the Foundation of Sight and Sound.

Jeff Hertz

Jeff has over 15 years of experience in the specialty pharmacy industry ranging from planning and implementing specialty pharmacy programs inside hospitals, clinics and pharmacies; spearheading certification and recertification processes for URAC, ACHC and Joint Commission; overseeing all business functions for specialty pharmacies; training staff and clients on regulatory matters; evaluating cost cutting strategies and growing sales amongst other things.

Jeff received his BA in communications and minor in justice from American University, Washington D.C. in May 1995.
